Danielle Riegel’s new solo album, Einaudi on Harp – Oltremare (Beyond the Sea), will be released internationally by Challenge Records on 16 October 2026.
The album brings together eleven works by Ludovico Einaudi, reimagined for solo harp through Danielle’s own interpretation.
At the heart of the recording is Oltremare — a piece that has accompanied Danielle for years and became closely connected with her life by the sea in Portugal. That connection runs throughout the album, shaping a recording centred on space, movement and the distinctive resonance of the harp.
Recorded at d’Rentmeester in Valthermond, the Netherlands, from 21–23 April 2026, the album was recorded, mixed and mastered by Frerik de Jong of Kleinman Audio.
The first single, Primavera, was released on 21 August, with Oltremare following on 18 September and Nuvole Bianche on 2 October, ahead of the full album release on 16 October.
